Billy Ho, founder and CEO of TuringText, leads the company in transforming Customer Communication Management (CCM). With over 20 years of industry experience and 25 years in New York, Billy co-founded TuringText’s parent company, Pixroller Publishing Solutions, 12 years ago after serving as Desktop Publishing Manager at R.R. Donnelley.

His goal is to expand TuringText’s platform into Japanese and American InsurTech markets within two years, competing with leaders like Quadient and Messagepoint.

Outside work, Billy enjoys business analysis, photography, toy collecting, basketball, music, concerts, global cuisine, and shisha. Few know he once worked at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. He lives by the motto: “Only promise what you can deliver.”
